Bonner just finished his sixth season in the NBA and fourth with San Antonio. He appeared in 65 games last season and averaged 7.0 points and 3.3 rebounds while averaging just under 18 minutes of playing time.

Acquired in a trade with Toronto on June 21, 2006, he has played in 430 games with the Raptors and Spurs, averaging 6.7 points and 3.5 rebounds.
