PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) -The only person charged with a felony in the November 2004 brawl during a Pacers-Pistons game at The Palace of Auburn Hills will spend the next six months in jail after a judge determined he violated his probation.

Bryant Jackson was found guilty of a probation violation by Oakland County Judge Rae Lee Chabot on Wednesday because he did not attend anger management classes or pay $6,000 in restitution.

Jackson turned himself in last week after a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. He was ordered jailed after he skipped court appearances for a probation violation hearing, but he posted bond Feb. 1.

In March 2005, Jackson pleaded no contest to one count of felony assault and one count of misdemeanor assault and battery. He was accused of dislodging a metal chair and heaving it over his head as Indiana Pacers players fought with Detroit Pistons fans.

Jackson was sentenced to two years of probation for his role in the brawl.
